Held. Heard. Honoured

Women’s birth stories have been shifting for centuries. The village medicine woman or grandmothers’ wisdom has now blended with the role of a doula, who steps in to serve and support you in this special and sacred time.

I’m Zoe {she/her/they/them}

I’m a women’s rights advocate and doula.

I’m here to help you tailor your pregnancy and birth experience to ensure it is unique to you. Working together we will devise strategies to let go of fears and enhance your voice before, during and after birth, paving the way for the birth experience you deserve.

What Does a
Doula Do?

A doula can hold space, create ceremony to celebrate or support whatever comes up as you enter
(or re-enter) parenthood.

Doulas help you take care of you, so you can take care of your baby.

How I Work

I offer physiological birth education, comfort tools and techniques during pregnancy, guidance on preparing for birth and preparation for when baby arrives.

I’ll support you to understand your rights in birth and to build your birth intentions.

Most importantly, I’ll help you build your resilience to embrace whatever comes your way with confidence as you step into your power as a birthing person.
